Michael G. Cain is the founder and managing partner of the Wilmington Investor Network, LLC (WIN), an angel investment pledge group he formed in July 2004. Since its inception, WIN has invested member’s capital in several early stage deals totaling more than $5,000,000.Gainesville, Florida. He is a member of the Board and Treasurer of the Angel Capital Education Foundation Inc, a non profit angel research and education foundation originally created and funded by the Kauffman Foundation. He remains Vice Chairman of The Atlantis group a fully invested angel group based in Durham, NC. He serves on several non profit boards. Recently, he has taken over management and become a partner in Emergent Growth Fund II a committed funds angel fund located in Gainesville, FL.
Cain received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont. |

Mr. Hill is the Managing Director of Angel Investor Forum in CT, as well as a Principal of M.A. Warren Associates LLC. M.A. Warren invests in start up companies and advises existing companies on innovation and new product development. He is a current investing member of Angel Investor Forum of Hartford, CT. Mr. Hill was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for UltraCell, a start up company in Northern California that will be one of the first to design, build, market and sell High Power Micro Fuel Cells to power electronic devices. Mr. Hill retired in 2005 from The Stanley Works of New Britain, CT as a Corporate Officer and the Vice President of Engineering and Technology.
